S. With the transition to the franchise model, EOS Implementers that signed a Franchise Agreement now operate their franchise businesses exclusively on EOS under our principal trademark as an EOS Worldwide franchisee.
As of December 31, 2024, there were 732 EOS Worldwide franchisees operating a Franchised Business based in the United States. More specifically, that means that 732 active EOS Worldwide franchisees completed Boot Camp training and are eligible to provide Implementer Services under a Franchise Agreement signed on or after February 2021.
Franchisees may not start offering EOS until they complete Boot Camp training.

This section provides a table that breaks down the number of Implementers by tier (Professional, Certified, and Expert) and states that there are 350 Implementers system-wide in the US.
It is important to note that the 732 franchisees includes all active franchisees who have completed Boot Camp training, while the 350 Implementers refers to those who have been operating for at least three years. Additionally, the 350 Implementers does not include the 2 franchisees designated as Emeritus (semi-retired) and 3 franchisees who were full-time Eos Worldwide corporate employees. Therefore, the total number of Eos Worldwide Implementers system-wide in the United States can be interpreted differently based on the criteria used.
