What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit G contains a list of franchisees who have not communicated with Eos Worldwide within a specific timeframe. This list includes franchisees who have not communicated with Eos Worldwide within ten (10) weeks of the Issuance Date of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
This means that if a franchisee does not communicate with Eos Worldwide for a period of ten weeks leading up to the date the FDD is issued, their information will be included in Exhibit G. This timeframe is designed to provide prospective franchisees with information about franchisees who may no longer be actively engaged with the Eos Worldwide franchise system.
For a prospective franchisee, this information can be valuable in assessing the overall health and engagement of the franchise network. It is important to note that inclusion in Exhibit G does not necessarily indicate a negative outcome, but rather a lack of recent communication with Eos Worldwide. A prospective franchisee may want to inquire further with Eos Worldwide about the reasons for the lack of communication and the current status of these franchisees.
