What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide operates primarily within the United States and on Eastern Time. This means that as a franchisee, you may need to communicate with Eos Worldwide on Eastern Time, and support may be limited outside of their standard support windows.
For a prospective franchisee, this is important because it sets expectations for communication and support availability. If you are located in a different time zone, you will need to adjust your schedule to align with Eastern Time for certain interactions with the franchisor. This could impact your ability to receive timely support or participate in meetings and training sessions.
While Eos Worldwide allows franchisees to operate anywhere in the world subject to applicable laws, the document makes it clear that the primary operational focus is within the United States and on Eastern Time. This is a common practice for franchisors based in the U.S., as it allows them to efficiently manage their support and training resources. Franchisees should consider this when evaluating the franchise opportunity and assess how it aligns with their own location and time zone.
