Eos Worldwide has three designated operating tiers for Implementers: Professional Tier, Certified Tier, and Expert Tier. Additionally, there are two separate tiers, the Legacy Tier and the Emeritus Tier, for EOS Implementers transitioning into retirement who wish to remain part of the Eos Worldwide Implementer Community. Eos Worldwide retains the right to create additional Tier designations at its discretion.
As a franchisee, your membership fee will correspond to your designated tier. The Operations Manual outlines the rights, duties, and obligations associated with each tier.
It's important to note that you can request a modification to your tier designation through a formal written request. Eos Worldwide may set certain standards, terms, and requirements for tier qualification, which could include additional purchases, training, marketing, or payment obligations, all at your own expense. Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to modify, eliminate, or alter tier designations at any time, without liability. Failure to meet the conditions and requirements of a tier designation may result in a modification of your tier designation, potentially requiring mandatory remedial training or even termination of the agreement.
