What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms and conditions of the renewed franchise agreement may be materially different from the original agreement. Specifically, to renew the franchise for up to two additional 3-year terms, a franchisee must meet several requirements, including executing Eos Worldwide's then-current form of Franchise Agreement.

This means that when a franchisee seeks to renew their Eos Worldwide franchise, they may be required to sign a new agreement that differs significantly from their initial agreement. These changes could affect various aspects of the franchise operation, such as fees, operational standards, or territorial rights.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that the terms of their franchise agreement with Eos Worldwide are subject to change upon renewal. It is important to carefully review the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement at the time of renewal to understand any potential differences and their implications. Franchisees should seek legal counsel to evaluate the changes and ensure they are comfortable with the new terms before signing the renewal agreement.
