Initial Franchise Fee
You must pay us an initial franchise fee of $5,000 (the "Initial Franchise Fee") to obtain a franchise.
You will pay the Initial Franchise Fee in full at the time you sign your Franchise Agreement. The Initial Franchise Fee is deemed fully earned upon payment and, is paid in consideration of administrative
and other expenses we incur in granting this franchise and therefore is nonrefundable under our Franchise Agreement.
We have discounted the Initial Franchise Fee to $2,500 for certain former Implementers who have left and then rejoined the EOS Implementer Community within five years of leaving. Also, beginning in August 2023, new franchisees that join our Australian community or our United Kingdom and Netherlands communities now pay an Initial Franchise Fee in local currency: $5,000 AUD for Australia and ₤5,000 for the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard initial franchise fee is $5,000. This fee is required to obtain a franchise and must be paid in full when signing the Franchise Agreement. Eos Worldwide considers the initial franchise fee fully earned upon payment due to the administrative and other expenses they incur when granting the franchise. As such, the initial franchise fee is nonrefundable under the Franchise Agreement.
Eos Worldwide does offer some discounts on the initial franchise fee in certain circumstances. Former Implementers who rejoin the Eos Worldwide Implementer Community within five years of leaving may be eligible for a discounted initial franchise fee of $2,500. Additionally, new franchisees joining the Australian, United Kingdom, and Netherlands communities pay the initial franchise fee in local currency, which is $5,000 AUD for Australia and ₤5,000 for the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
It is important to note that while Eos Worldwide's initial fees are generally uniformly imposed for all new franchisees, the company retains the discretion to waive or reduce franchise fees, boot camp fees, or other initial fees in the future. These incentives may be offered on a case-by-case basis to expedite growth, develop untapped markets, address economic conditions, or for other business reasons deemed beneficial to the Eos Worldwide system or community.
