We grant to candidates who meet our qualifications and are willing to undertake the investment and effort and exemplify our Core Values, the right to own and operate an EOS Franchise using the EOS Franchise System, the Intellectual Property and the Marks.
Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and applicable law and so long as you are in compliance with this Agreement, you will have the non-exclusive right, and you undertake the obligation, to operate your Franchised Business, including to market, offer and sell Services and Products (as applicable), directly to Clients anywhere in the world. You will not receive an exclusive, protected or designated geographic market, service area or territory with your Franchise. Further, this Agreement does not grant you the right and you are expressly prohibited from, unless you receive expressed prior written permission from us:
Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a revocable, limited license and right to (i) operate a Franchised Business and (ii) use the Intellectual Property in connection with the establishment and operation of the Franchised Business, anywhere in the world, subject to applicable law. You accept this Agreement and the license granted herein, and undertake the obligation to operate the EOS Franchise, using the Marks and other Intellectual Property, in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our Franchise System Standards for the entire Term (as defined below), together with any renewal or extension.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, qualified candidates who meet the company's standards and are willing to invest the necessary resources and effort, and who exemplify Eos Worldwide's core values, are granted the right to own and operate an Eos Worldwide franchise. This franchise utilizes the Eos Worldwide Franchise System, along with its Intellectual Property and Marks. The franchise system encompasses know-how, distinctive trade dress, operational procedures, management and financial controls, business relationships, training, advertising programs, communication strategies, and the Marks and related Intellectual Property. Eos Worldwide may modify the system from time to time.
Specifically, franchisees have the non-exclusive right and obligation to operate their franchised business, including marketing, offering, and selling services and products directly to clients worldwide, provided they comply with the franchise agreement and applicable laws. However, franchisees do not receive an exclusive or protected geographic market or territory. Franchisees are prohibited from selling products at wholesale or to distributors, vendors, suppliers, retailers, or resellers, and from reproducing or creating derivative works from training materials related to the Eos Worldwide Franchise System without prior written permission.
The rights granted are a revocable, limited license to operate a franchised business and use the Intellectual Property in connection with its establishment and operation, anywhere in the world, subject to applicable law. Franchisees must operate the Eos Worldwide Franchise in strict compliance with the terms of the agreement and the Franchise System Standards for the duration of the term, including any renewals or extensions. The franchised business is to be operated as an individually owned and operated business, with the franchisee responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as for the supervision of their personnel.
The initial term for the Eos Worldwide franchise is five years, beginning on the effective date and ending on the last day of the calendar month following the fifth anniversary, unless terminated earlier. Franchisees have the option to renew the initial term for two consecutive terms of three years each, provided the agreement is in full force and effect and all conditions for renewal are met. Eos Worldwide retains the right to engage in activities not expressly prohibited in the agreement, including operating Eos Worldwide businesses or licensing others to do so, and to own and operate other businesses using their Marks or Intellectual Property.
