Answer from 2025 FDD Document

ranchised Business does not include any option or promise to allow you to purchase any additional franchises whether by option, right of first-refusal or similar right.

We currently categorize full-time operating franchisees in three different tiers, "Professional", "Certified" or "Expert". We also have created separate tiers, for EOS Implementers that are transitioning into retirement and would like to remain part of our EOS Implementer Community. Your franchise rights and your rights to qualify for and maintain your tier designation depend on your achieving certain productivity standards, as judged by the number of sessions conducted and your ratings for these sessions. Our evaluation criteria and productivity standards are outlined in our Operations Manual and summarized below, and may change from time to time at our discretion. If an Implementer meets the criteria and elects to upgrade its tier, then we may upgrade an Implementer's tier on a going forward basis, subject to satisfying

the criteria for the upgraded tier. Upgrading a tier is optional. If an Implementer fails to meet the evaluation criteria and productivity standards outlined in the Operations Manual, we may downgrade that Implementer's tier. We also reserve the right to require Remedial Training. If you fail to meet the minimum ratings or minimum productivity standards for the Professional Tier (as defined below) following completion of Remedial Training, we reserve the right to terminate your Franchise Agreement. Implementers may also submit requests to downgrade their tier.

All new EOS Implementers are placed in the Professional Tier once they have completed Boot Camp. Franchisees may only offer and sell the Products and Services, and engage in the business activities, permitted for their tier, and may only market, advertise and promote themselves at their designated Tier.

We reserve the right to modify the ratings descriptions if we discontinue, amend or change our internal programs and systems for ratings so long as the ratings are not more materially burdensome than prior to the modification.

EOS Implementer Designation Criteria (United States) (Effective May 1, 2025)*

We do not require minimum availability of any Implementer, or track availability of any Implementer. All EOS Implementers must:

  • Graduate Boot Camp
  • Follow the guidelines provided in Base Camp and the Operations Manual
  • Share EOS Worldwide's Vision (Core Values, Core Focus, Core Target, Marketing Strategy and 3-Year Picture)
  • GWC the EOS Implementer "seat" and exhibit continual growth towards EOS mastery

Criteria to Maintain Professional EOS Implementer Designation:

  • At the end of your first five quarters, including your Boot Camp quarter, you must have implemented at least four pure Focus Days, with a minimum session fee of $2,500*
  • Positively participated in QCEs during two of the previous four quarters.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company has specific tiers for EOS Implementers who are transitioning into retirement. These tiers include 'Legacy' and 'Emeritus' designations, which cater to implementers who want to remain part of the EOS Implementer Community while reducing their full-time workload.

To qualify for the Legacy designation, an EOS Implementer must have a minimum of 10 years of EOS Implementation experience from their Boot Camp date, implement no new Focus Days going forward, and implement less than 30 sessions per rolling four quarters. Maintaining this designation requires achieving an average session rating of 8.75 or higher, implementing no new Focus Days, implementing less than 30 session days per rolling four quarters, and optional participation in Quarterly Community Events (QCEs). If a Legacy EOS Implementer fails to meet these requirements, they must either revert to full-time status or exit the Community.

The Emeritus designation is by invitation only from EOS Worldwide and is granted to individuals who have met the Expert designation criteria and have significantly contributed to EOS Worldwide and the EOS Implementer Community. To maintain the Emeritus designation, implementers must continue community contributions and engagement, achieve an average session rating of 8.75 or higher, implement less than 30 session days per rolling four quarters, and may optionally participate in QCEs. Similar to the Legacy designation, failure to meet these requirements means the implementer must revert to full-time status or exit the Community.

Both Legacy and Emeritus EOS Implementers pay a flat monthly fee of $1,395. These part-time designations also include revenue sharing opportunities. They can join the Speaker's Bureau, own or lead a firm, contribute to EOSW content, participate in EOS Talks and LMA™/Mid-Manager's sessions. Emeritus Implementers can also act as Great Boss Facilitators and Rocket Fuel Facilitators, and participate in Advanced Community events. These tiers provide options for experienced implementers to scale back their involvement while still remaining active within the Eos Worldwide community.
