What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, your right to use the Eos Worldwide Franchise System is non-exclusive. Specifically, you are granted the non-exclusive right to operate your franchised business, which includes marketing, offering, and selling services and products directly to clients globally, provided you comply with the franchise agreement.

This means that Eos Worldwide retains the right to operate its own businesses or license others to do so, even within the same market as your franchise. They can also engage in other business activities and partnerships, including those that might compete with your franchise. Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to use or license its trademarks and intellectual property to others for different business ventures.

As a franchisee, you will not receive an exclusive, protected, or designated geographic market, service area, or territory. This lack of exclusivity is a common arrangement in franchising, allowing the franchisor flexibility in expanding the brand and reaching customers through various channels. However, it also means that you may face competition from other franchisees or from Eos Worldwide itself.
