14.3 Distribution of Franchisee Information.
- (a) You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to share any information about your Franchise collected by us or our affiliates or agents, including historical performance of the Franchised Business, to any third party, including other franchisees, prospective buyers of your or our business, lenders, and prospective franchisees (including within our franchise disclosure documents), for any legitimate business purpose, including for benchmarking purposes. This information may include, but is not limited to, historical performance information and data regarding your sales, Sessions, expenses, revenues, costs, taxes, profit margins, warranty claims, or customer service survey results.
- (b) Without limiting the foregoing, you hereby consent to our disclosure of Personal Information concerning you and the Franchised Business, namely the identity of Franchisee, Business Entity if applicable, address, e-mail address and telephone number, in our franchise disclosure document, whether or not such disclosure is required by law, and other documents relating to the sale of EOS franchises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide has the right to share information about a franchisee's business with third parties.
Specifically, Eos Worldwide can share any information about the franchise that they or their affiliates or agents collect. This includes the historical performance of the franchised business. The information shared with third parties can include data regarding sales, sessions, expenses, revenues, costs, taxes, profit margins, warranty claims, or customer service survey results.
Eos Worldwide may share this information with other franchisees, prospective buyers of the franchisee's business or Eos Worldwide's business, lenders, and prospective franchisees (including within their franchise disclosure documents). The reason for sharing this information is for any legitimate business purpose, including benchmarking. Eos Worldwide is also allowed to disclose personal information such as the franchisee's identity, business entity (if applicable), address, e-mail address, and telephone number in their franchise disclosure document and other documents relating to the sale of Eos franchises.
