Does Eos Worldwide reserve the right to modify the contents of its training programs?

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide retains the right to change its training programs. Specifically, Eos Worldwide can amend, modify, supplement, vary, and/or delete any portion of the contents of its training programs.

This flexibility allows Eos Worldwide to adapt its training to reflect changes in the EOS system, market conditions, or the needs of its franchisees. For a prospective franchisee, this means the initial training and ongoing support may evolve over time. While the core principles of EOS are likely to remain consistent, the specific tools, techniques, and materials used in training could be updated or changed.

Furthermore, Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to modify any aspect of its Boot Camp or other training to accommodate the needs or experience of any individual trainee. In addition, Eos Worldwide may modify, update, amend, or change its online training platform at its discretion. A prospective franchisee should stay informed about any changes to the training program and be prepared to adapt to new methods and materials.
