What is the Eos Worldwide requirement for franchisees before they can provide Implementer Services?
Eos_Worldwide Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Note 1: "Franchise Agreements Signed But Outlets Not Opened" refers to those franchisees that signed Franchise Agreements but have not completed Boot Camp as of December 31, 2024. Franchisees may not provide any Implementer Services until their designated Implementer completes Boot Camp to our satisfaction. We project approximately 76 EOS Worldwide Franchised Businesses to commence operations during calendar year 2025.
All of our franchisees' e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are listed in Exhibit F. A list of franchisees who had a Franchise Agreement terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the Franchise Agreement during the last fiscal year or during the current year through the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document, or who have not communicated with us within ten (10) weeks of the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document is attached as Exhibit G.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must complete Boot Camp training to the satisfaction of Eos Worldwide before they are allowed to provide Implementer Services. Note 1 in Item 20 clarifies that 'Franchise Agreements Signed But Outlets Not Opened' refers to franchisees who have signed their agreements but have not yet completed Boot Camp as of December 31, 2024.
This requirement ensures that all franchisees are properly trained and capable of delivering the services expected of an Eos Worldwide Implementer. The completion of Boot Camp is a prerequisite for a franchisee to be considered an active outlet, as indicated in Note 2 of Item 20, which states that outlets include only those franchisees who have completed Boot Camp training.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that signing the Franchise Agreement is only the first step. They cannot begin offering services or generating revenue until they have successfully completed the Boot Camp program. This delay between signing and commencing operations should be factored into their financial planning and business projections. Eos Worldwide estimates that approximately 76 franchised businesses will commence operations during 2025.
