- Administer our referral fee program where, for any new franchisee that you refer to us that signs a Franchise Agreement and successfully completes Boot Camp, you will be eligible receive a referral fee (currently One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500)) (Section 7.4 Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Eos Worldwide administers two referral programs. First, for any new franchisee that an existing franchisee refers to Eos Worldwide, if that new franchisee signs a Franchise Agreement and successfully completes Boot Camp, the referring franchisee is eligible to receive a referral fee of $1,500.
Second, Eos Worldwide provides franchisees access to its EOS One Referral program. Active EOS Implementers who refer their Clients and other third-parties to the EOS One proprietary platform are eligible to earn referral fees based on their tier designation levels. Professional tier referrals earn 10%, Certified tier referrals earn 15%, and Expert tier referrals earn 20%. Legacy and Emeritus tier referrals are based on previous designation.
Eos Worldwide retains the right to discontinue, terminate, modify, or amend the referral program at any time with notice to its franchisees.
