What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Eos Worldwide may temporarily access a franchisee's computer system to confirm compliance with the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement, Operations Manual, and Franchise System Standards. This access is granted if the franchisee is in default of any obligations under the agreement.
In such instances, Eos Worldwide can restrict the franchisee's access to the Computer System, Required Technology, or any Eos-related data contained within these systems until the default is resolved. The franchisee is then responsible for immediately correcting or repairing any unsatisfactory conditions specified by Eos Worldwide.
It is important to note that Eos Worldwide assumes no liability for monitoring, tracking, or tracing the franchisee's personnel or franchise operations. The temporary access is strictly for verifying compliance and not for general oversight or management of the franchisee's business.
