We do not provide any assistance with respect to hiring your employees. Unless requested by you, we do not provide training to your employees and we reserve the right to not train your employees upon request. As a reminder, your Franchised Business is independently-owned and operated meaning that while we require you to follow our Franchise System Standards, we do not control you or any of your personnel. We also do not provide any site selection assistance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not provide site selection assistance to franchisees. The franchisee is responsible for independently selecting a location that meets the brand's standards and business needs. While Eos Worldwide does not offer site selection assistance, they do provide other forms of support to help franchisees establish and operate their businesses. This includes pre-opening support such as onboarding, a 180-day sprint coach, a Boot Camp training program, information regarding sources for supplies, signs, and other products and services, and access to the Operations Manual. They also provide ongoing support such as dedicated email addresses, a listing in the online directory, updates on information and programs, and consultation via telephone, email, virtual meeting, or webinar.
Given that site selection is a crucial factor in the success of a franchise, prospective Eos Worldwide franchisees should carefully consider the implications of this lack of assistance. They should be prepared to invest time and resources into finding a suitable location and may want to seek advice from experienced real estate professionals or other franchisees. It would be prudent to ask Eos Worldwide about the criteria they use to evaluate a franchisee's chosen location and what resources, if any, they provide to help franchisees make informed decisions.
