What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide may provide franchisees with recommendations regarding the layout, floor plan, and design of their session rooms. However, this is contingent upon the franchisee's request and Eos Worldwide's availability.
It is important to note that franchisees are responsible for maintaining their session rooms in a "clean, neat, and professional" condition at their own expense. The rooms must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable health and safety laws, rules, standards, and regulations. Additionally, all furnishings, fixtures, and signage must adhere to these regulations, and signage must be posted as specified by Eos Worldwide in the Operations Manual or otherwise.
This means that while Eos Worldwide may offer guidance, the ultimate responsibility for the session rooms' condition, compliance, and adherence to brand standards rests with the franchisee. The franchisee must be prepared to invest in maintaining the session rooms to meet these standards, regardless of any recommendations provided by Eos Worldwide.
