What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does provide assistance with onboarding new franchisees, also referred to as Implementers. Specifically, Eos Worldwide will help onboard new franchisees/Implementers and provide them with a 180 Day Sprint Coach. This coach is intended to help the new franchisee prepare for Boot Camp and beyond.

Boot Camp is a key component of the initial training and onboarding process for new Eos Worldwide franchisees. Franchisees must attend and complete Boot Camp to the company's satisfaction within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. The FDD mentions that the time between signing the Franchise Agreement and commencing operations is estimated to be approximately 30 to 180 days, but this timeframe can vary based on Boot Camp availability and delivery schedules.

In addition to the 180 Day Sprint Coach, Eos Worldwide also provides access to an online training platform, currently called the Dojo, which serves as a training and communication platform for the EOS Implementer Community. Franchisees also gain access to the Operations Manual and other guidelines that designate the Franchise System Standards and operating techniques. After the initial 180 days, franchisees transition to the guidance of a Professional Leader, an EOS Implementer who develops programs for the Professional EOS Implementer Community, as part of the Implementer Development Program.
