What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not provide assistance with hiring employees for the Franchised Business. The FDD states explicitly that the franchisee is responsible for all personnel decisions.
Eos Worldwide also does not provide training to the franchisee's employees unless requested, and even then, Eos Worldwide reserves the right to decline such training. This reinforces the independent nature of the franchised business, where the franchisee is responsible for managing their own staff and ensuring they meet Eos Worldwide's standards.
This policy is not uncommon in the franchise industry, as many franchisors prefer to maintain a consistent brand standard by training franchisees directly, who then manage their own employees. This approach allows Eos Worldwide to focus on the overall system and support for franchisees, while franchisees retain control over their local operations and staffing decisions.
