What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide may, at its sole discretion, offer administrative, bookkeeping, or other services to franchisees. These services, if offered, may come at an additional fee. However, Eos Worldwide explicitly states that it will not provide advice on local tax and accounting requirements.
Additionally, Eos Worldwide may, at its sole discretion, provide software or other technology services to franchisees. If these services are offered, Eos Worldwide may require franchisees to utilize them and pay a Technology Fee, or they may offer the technology services as an option and charge a separate cost for such services.
This discretionary approach to providing administrative, bookkeeping, and technology services means that franchisees should not rely on these services being consistently available or included in the franchise agreement. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific types of services that may be offered, the associated fees, and whether the use of any technology services is mandatory. Understanding these details is crucial for budgeting and planning the operational aspects of the franchise.
