You receive the right to use the name "EOS®" which is the primary Mark used to identify our Franchise System. You may also use any other current or future Mark in connection with the operation of your Franchised Business that we designate in writing and in the manner we permit, including the logo on the front page of this Disclosure Document and the Marks listed below. By "Marks" we mean the trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos used to identify EOS and our Products and Services.

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the primary mark used to identify the franchise system is "EOS®". As a franchisee, you are granted the right to use this name, along with any other trademarks, service marks, and logos that Eos Worldwide designates in writing for operating your franchised business. These marks, which Eos Worldwide refers to as "Marks," are used to identify Eos Worldwide and its products and services. These marks may include registered trademarks with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and marks with pending registration applications. EOS OpCo owns all of the listed marks.

As an Eos Worldwide franchisee, you must adhere to the franchisor's rules regarding the use of the marks. Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you cannot use the marks as part of your corporate or any other legal name. Eos Worldwide retains the right to approve your business entity name and any fictitious names you intend to use. You are required to identify yourself using your name or a fictitious name that complies with Eos Worldwide's Franchise System Standards and applicable laws. Additionally, you must register your fictitious or assumed name with the appropriate state and county offices, as required by law. You are prohibited from using any mark in connection with unauthorized services or products or in any manner not expressly authorized by Eos Worldwide in writing.

Eos Worldwide or its affiliates own the domain name www.eosworldwide.com. As a franchisee, you are prohibited from registering any of the marks, or any abbreviation, acronym, or variation of the marks, as Internet domain names. Eos Worldwide retains the sole right to advertise the Eos Worldwide Franchise System on the Internet and to create, operate, maintain, modify, or discontinue use of a website using the marks. Unless authorized in writing, you cannot link or frame Eos Worldwide's website, conduct any business or offer to sell or advertise any services on the worldwide web, or create or register any Internet domain name in connection with your franchised business.

If Eos Worldwide determines that it is advisable to modify or discontinue the use of any mark, or to use additional or substitute trade or service marks, you must comply with their directions within a reasonable time after receiving notice. You will be responsible for paying the expenses of changing any materials used in the operation of your franchised business. Eos Worldwide is not obligated to reimburse you for any loss of revenue attributable to any modified or discontinued mark or for any expenditure you make to promote a modified or substitute trademark or service mark.
