We also currently provide franchisees with access to customer relationship management software, Practice Management. Our Practice Management is cloud-based and is included in the Monthly Membership Fee. This tool is designed to help your business, report sessions, and collaborate more effectively. Features include (or will soon include): (i) contact management for your Clients and leads including contact information; (ii) standardized business development and session e-mail templates; (iii) session reporting; (iv) performance dashboard and reporting and (v) additional related features. Practice Management+ solution is an upgraded subscription available for an additional monthly fee. Practice Management+ includes (or will soon include) CRM features plus customizable options

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide FDD, access to the Practice Management software is included in the Monthly Membership Fee. This cloud-based software is designed to assist franchisees in managing their business, reporting sessions, and improving collaboration. The software includes features such as contact management for clients and leads, standardized business development and session e-mail templates, session reporting, and performance dashboards.
Eos Worldwide also offers an upgraded subscription called Practice Management+ for an additional monthly fee. The Practice Management+ solution includes CRM features, customizable options, and additional session management tools. The cost for Practice Management+ ranges from $195 to $495 per month, depending on the number of active clients.
As a prospective franchisee, it's important to understand the features included in the standard Practice Management software versus the upgraded Practice Management+ to determine which option best suits your business needs. Also, keep in mind that Eos Worldwide may choose to implement a Technology Fee in the future, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD, which would be in addition to any software fees.
