What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in a Tier may require franchisees to meet certain standards, terms, and requirements. These requirements can include several financial and operational obligations.

Specifically, Eos Worldwide may require franchisees to make additional purchases of inventory or supplies to qualify for a specific tier. Franchisees might also need to complete additional implementer training, which would likely involve time and travel expenses. Furthermore, Eos Worldwide could mandate additional marketing requirements, potentially necessitating increased spending on advertising or promotional activities. Franchisees may also face additional payment obligations to maintain or advance their tier status.

All of these potential requirements must be met at the franchisee's own expense. Eos Worldwide retains the right to modify, eliminate, discontinue, merge, or otherwise alter tier designations at any time and disclaims any liability related to such changes. If a franchisee fails to continue satisfying the conditions and requirements of a tier designation, Eos Worldwide may modify the franchisee's tier designation upon written notice. This could lead to mandatory remedial training, and/or termination of the franchise agreement.
