Is participation in the Warm Leads Program optional for Eos Worldwide franchisees?

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the Warm Leads Program is optional. Eos Worldwide has a Warm Leads Referral Program where they may refer potential or prospective Clients to franchisees. However, participation in the Warm Leads Program does not guarantee that a franchisee will receive any minimum number of Warm Leads or any Warm Leads at all. Eos Worldwide may modify, change, eliminate, or amend the Warm Leads Program at any time.

If a Warm Lead results in a paid session or otherwise generates any session revenue for the Franchised Business, then the franchisee must pay Eos Worldwide fifty percent (50%) of the gross revenue generated from that initial (or one-time) session provided to or on behalf of the Warm Lead, with a minimum of $1,500. This fee is referred to as the "Warm Leads Fee".

Franchisees should consider the potential benefits and costs of participating in the Warm Leads Program. While it offers the opportunity to gain new clients, it also requires paying a percentage of the revenue generated from those leads back to Eos Worldwide. Franchisees should evaluate their marketing strategies and client acquisition costs to determine if the Warm Leads Program is a worthwhile investment for their business.
