What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the Warm Leads Program is currently optional. Eos Worldwide may refer potential clients to franchisees at their discretion. However, participation does not guarantee any leads or business.
If a referred lead results in a session that generates revenue for the franchisee's business, the franchisee must pay Eos Worldwide the greater of 50% of the gross revenue from the session fee or $1,500. This payment, known as the Warm Leads Fee, is due within 14 days of the session.
Eos Worldwide retains the right to modify or eliminate the Warm Leads Program at any time. This means that while participation is currently optional, it could become mandatory in the future, or the program could be discontinued entirely. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential costs and benefits of the program, as well as the possibility of changes, when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
