What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide may establish a Technology Fee in the future. If established, Eos Worldwide will limit the fee initially to no more than $100 per month.
Eos Worldwide will not increase the Technology Fee more than once in a calendar year. Any incremental fee increase will not exceed $100 per month or $1,200 annually during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement.
Eos Worldwide reserves the right to establish this fee and increase this fee, in each case upon thirty days' notice to the franchisee. The Technology Fee, if established, would likely be payable in the same manner and at the same time as the Monthly Membership Fee.
