What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide will provide franchisees with at least thirty (30) days' notice before establishing a Technology Fee or increasing an existing Technology Fee.
Currently, Eos Worldwide does not have a Technology Fee. If a Technology Fee is established, the initial fee will be no more than $100 per month. Eos Worldwide will not increase the fee more than once in a calendar year, and any incremental fee increase will not exceed $100 per month, or $1,200 annually, during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement.
