The low range amount includes one month of Monthly Membership Fees at a Professional Tier of $1,395 per month, assuming that you attend Boot Camp approximately six months after you sign your Franchise Agreement. The high range amount includes four months of Monthly Membership Fees at a Professional Tier of $1,395 per month, assuming that you attend Boot Camp approximately three months after you sign your Franchise Agreement. Most franchisees attend Boot Camp within this 3-6 month range, if you are able to attend Boot Camp sooner, your initial investment may be higher, however, you may begin to offer Implementer Services once you have attended and satisfactorily completed Boot Camp. All new franchisees will be designated at the Professional Tier when they commence operations. Franchisees that are designated at the Certified or Expert Tier pay higher Monthly Membership Fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, all new franchisees begin at the Professional Tier. The monthly membership fee for franchisees at the Professional Tier is $1,395 per month. This fee is part of the estimated initial investment, with the low range including one month of fees and the high range including four months.
The FDD notes that franchisees designated at the Certified or Expert Tier pay higher monthly membership fees, while those at the Legacy and Emeritus tiers currently pay the same as the Professional Tier. However, new franchisees will not qualify for these tiers before commencing operations. Item 6 of the FDD provides more information about the monthly membership fees.
The estimated initial investment table shows monthly membership fees for the first six months ranging from $1,395 to $5,580. This variance accounts for the period between signing the Franchise Agreement and attending Boot Camp, which affects when the franchisee can start offering services and thus begin paying monthly fees. The figures provided in the table are estimates, and the actual amount may vary.
