Can Eos Worldwide modify Tier designations at any time?

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide retains the right to modify, eliminate, discontinue, merge, or otherwise alter Tier designations at any time and at their sole discretion. Eos Worldwide also disclaims any liability related to any such change. If a franchisee does not continue to satisfy the conditions and requirements of a Tier designation, Eos Worldwide may modify the franchisee's Tier designation upon written notice. This may require Mandatory Remedial Training and/or termination of the Franchise Agreement.
