What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does not currently have a Technology Fee. However, Eos Worldwide reserves the right to establish one in the future. If Eos Worldwide establishes a Technology Fee, it will initially be limited to no more than $100 per month.
Eos Worldwide also states that they will not increase the Technology Fee more than once in a calendar year. Furthermore, any incremental fee increase will not exceed $100 per month, which equates to $1,200 annually, during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement.
Eos Worldwide will provide franchisees with thirty days' notice before establishing or increasing the Technology Fee. The fee would likely be payable in the same manner and at the same time as the Monthly Membership Fee.
