What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, an Eos Worldwide franchise can be renewed for up to two additional terms. Each renewal term is for a period of three years.
However, the ability to renew is contingent upon several factors. The franchisee must be in good standing with Eos Worldwide and Eos Worldwide must still be in the business of offering and selling new franchises at the time of renewal.
To successfully renew the franchise agreement, the franchisee must meet specific requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement. These include providing the required prior notice, completing all necessary maintenance and upgrades to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction, fulfilling all monetary obligations to Eos Worldwide and its affiliates or approved suppliers, executing the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement, meeting the then-current requirements for new franchisees and training, and signing a general release. The renewed Franchise Agreement may also contain materially different terms and conditions than the original agreement, which is a common practice in franchising to adapt to changing market conditions and legal requirements.
