What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the right to renew their initial term for two consecutive terms. Each of these renewal terms is for a period of three years. Therefore, after the initial term, a franchisee can potentially operate under two additional three-year renewal terms.

To be eligible for these renewal terms, the franchisee must meet several conditions. These include ensuring the franchise is in full compliance with Eos Worldwide's standards through necessary refurbishments and upgrades, not being in material breach of any agreements with Eos Worldwide or its affiliates, and fulfilling all monetary obligations to the company and its approved vendors. Additionally, franchisees must execute the then-current form of the franchise agreement, which may have substantially different terms, including potentially increased fees and advertising obligations.

Further conditions for renewal include meeting Eos Worldwide's qualifications and standards for new franchisees, completing any required training for renewing franchisees, and signing a general release in favor of Eos Worldwide and its affiliates. Finally, Eos Worldwide must still be offering and selling new franchises at the time of the renewal term. Failure to meet these conditions or to renew the term results in the termination of the option to renew the franchise.
