What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, an Eos Worldwide franchise can be renewed for up to two 3-year terms. This means that after the initial 5-year franchise term, a franchisee in good standing has the option to extend their agreement for an additional six years, distributed across two renewal periods.

However, this renewal is contingent upon several conditions. The franchisee must provide the required prior notice, complete all necessary maintenance and upgrades to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction, remain in good standing, and fulfill all monetary obligations to Eos Worldwide, its affiliates, and approved suppliers.

Furthermore, franchisees must execute the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement, which may contain materially different terms and conditions than the original agreement. They must also meet the then-current requirements for new franchisees, including training. Both the franchisee and any co-owners must sign a general release. Finally, Eos Worldwide must still be in the business of offering and selling new Eos Worldwide franchises at the time of renewal. These stipulations ensure that only qualified and compliant franchisees can continue operating under the Eos Worldwide brand, and that the franchise agreement remains current with Eos Worldwide's evolving standards and practices.
