Table 3 is therefore based on the principal address of the franchisee's EOS Implementer, unless the franchisee provided a different address for its business or operations.
In 2024, we had three franchisees/Implementers relocate from one state to another which are reflected in the table above as follows:
- California to North Carolina
- Maine to Arizona
- Kentucky to Florida
These 3 are reflected in the table above as "Outlets Opened" in a new state and "Ceased Operations Other Reasons" in the state moved from.
