What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were 4 outlets opened in Kentucky during 2023. At the start of 2023, there were 7 outlets, and by the end of the year, there were 11.
It is important to note that Eos Worldwide franchisees are not required to maintain a physical office. The data is based on the principal address of the franchisee's EOS Implementer, unless the franchisee provided a different address for its business or operations.
