What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Mandatory Remedial Training Fee is due prior to attending the training. The fee currently ranges from $995 to $10,000, but Eos Worldwide reserves the right to increase these fees. In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for applicable travel and related costs and expenses.
Mandatory Remedial Training is required if Eos Worldwide determines it is necessary due to a franchisee's breach of the Franchise Agreement or violation of the Operations Manual. It may also be required to protect the quality, integrity, and reputation of the EOS Franchise System, Marks, and Intellectual Property. Furthermore, Eos Worldwide may require this training for former EOS Implementers who sign a Franchise Agreement instead of completing the full Boot Camp.
This policy means that if a franchisee violates the agreement, they must pay for additional training to rectify the issue. The cost can be significant, ranging from nearly $1,000 to $10,000, plus travel expenses. This is in addition to any other penalties or corrective actions Eos Worldwide might take. Prospective franchisees should understand the conditions under which Mandatory Remedial Training is required and factor in the potential cost when assessing the franchise opportunity.
