What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is required to pay all recurring fees during any management period enacted by the franchisor. The document does not specify a regular due date for the management fee.

Item 6 outlines various fees, including those for practice management software, warm leads, speaking referrals, technology, additional training, remedial training, quarterly collaborative exchanges, the annual EOS Conference, renewal, and transfers. The due dates for these fees vary, such as monthly in advance for Practice Management, within fourteen days after the session for Warm Leads and Speaking Referral Fees, prior to attending for Additional and Mandatory Remedial Training, and upon registration for QCEs and the EOS Conference.

While the document details when numerous other fees are due, it does not provide the specific due date or frequency for the general Management Fee. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Eos Worldwide the exact payment schedule and terms for the Management Fee to fully understand the financial obligations.
