What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, an Eos Worldwide franchise can be renewed for up to two additional terms, each lasting 3 years. This means that after the initial franchise term, a franchisee in good standing has the opportunity to extend their agreement for a total of 6 more years, broken into two separate renewal periods.
However, this renewal is contingent on several factors. The franchisee must be in good standing with Eos Worldwide and Eos Worldwide must still be in the business of offering and selling new franchises at the time of renewal.
To successfully renew, a franchisee must provide the required prior notice, complete all necessary maintenance and upgrades to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction, meet all financial obligations to Eos Worldwide and its affiliates or approved suppliers, and execute the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement. They must also meet the then-current requirements for new franchisees, fulfill training requirements, and sign a general release. It's important to note that the terms and conditions of the renewed Franchise Agreement may differ significantly from the original agreement.
