What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise term is five years, ending on the last day of the calendar month following the franchisee's five-year anniversary. This means that the franchise agreement lasts for a fixed period, providing both the franchisee and Eos Worldwide with a defined timeframe for the business operation.
Eos Worldwide also offers the possibility of renewing the franchise for up to two additional three-year terms. However, this renewal is contingent upon several conditions. The franchisee must be in good standing with Eos Worldwide, and Eos Worldwide must still be in the business of offering and selling new franchises.
To renew, a franchisee must provide prior notice as required in the Franchise Agreement, complete all necessary maintenance and upgrades to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction, meet all monetary obligations to Eos Worldwide and its approved suppliers, and execute the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement. They must also meet the then-current requirements for new franchisees, fulfill training requirements, and sign a general release. The new Franchise Agreement may contain materially different terms and conditions than the original, so franchisees should carefully review any renewal agreement.
