What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the operation of their franchised business. Eos Worldwide grants franchisees the right to operate their franchised business and use its intellectual property, subject to applicable law, anywhere in the world.

Eos Worldwide's franchise agreement stipulates that the franchisee, not the franchisor, is responsible for investigating, understanding, and adhering to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to their business operations. This includes the supervision and oversight of all personnel. This places the onus on the franchisee to ensure full legal compliance in all aspects of their business.

Furthermore, the agreement states that Eos Worldwide's operation is based in the United States and primarily uses the English language. While the franchise operates globally, franchisees are subject to applicable law. Franchisees must be aware that materials, training, and resources may not be available in every language, and franchisees are not allowed to translate or modify any materials without prior written permission from Eos Worldwide. Therefore, franchisees need to be prepared to handle potential language and regulatory challenges in their specific operating locations.
