What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee of $5,000 is due upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. Payment must be made in cash via wire transfer or ACH. Once paid, the initial franchise fee is considered fully earned and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This upfront fee compensates Eos Worldwide for granting the franchise and covering expenses related to assistance, services, and costs incurred in offering and selling franchises. These costs include franchise sales and marketing, legal compliance, training program development, and professional fees.

For a prospective Eos Worldwide franchisee, this means that $5,000 must be readily available at the time of signing the agreement. It is important to note that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of any future circumstances or potential termination of the agreement. Therefore, careful consideration of the franchise opportunity is crucial before executing the agreement and paying the fee.
