What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, potential franchisees are asked to complete a Franchisee Disclosure Acknowledgment Statement. Question 3 on this statement asks 'Did you sign a receipt (Exhibit K to the Disclosure Document) indicating the date you received it?' If a potential franchisee answers 'No' to this question, they must provide a full explanation in the blank lines provided.
