Answer from 2025 FDD Document

If you fail to timely complete Boot Camp to our reasonable satisfaction, and are permitted to repeat such training, you will be charged our then current cost for repeating Boot Camp.

At Boot Camp, at other EOS Worldwide events for which you have registered (e.g., QCEs) or otherwise from time to time in connection with our or our affiliates' EOS business operations (e.g., as part of our training curriculum), we or our affiliates, or our respective employees, photographers or other designees may take photos or video recordings, in which you may be shown or appear.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to complete Boot Camp to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction and is permitted to repeat the training, they will be charged the then-current cost for repeating Boot Camp. This means that franchisees who do not meet the required standards during their initial Boot Camp training may incur additional expenses to retake the course.

This policy incentivizes franchisees to take the initial Boot Camp seriously and prepare adequately. It also ensures that only qualified individuals are implementing the EOS system, maintaining the quality and consistency of the brand. The cost for repeating Boot Camp is not specified in this document, so it is important for prospective franchisees to inquire about this fee to understand the potential financial implications of not passing the initial training.

Franchisees are also responsible for all expenses incurred while attending Boot Camp, including travel, lodging, meals, local transportation, and wages. These costs, combined with the potential fee for repeating Boot Camp, represent a significant investment for new franchisees. Therefore, careful planning and preparation are essential to successfully complete the training and avoid additional expenses.
