Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In advance of Boot Camp, we will assign to you a 180 Day Sprint coach during your first one hundred eighty (180) days as an Implementer taking you through Boot Camp.

After that first one hundred eighty (180) days, you will transition under the guidance of our Professional leader, an EOS Implementer that develops programs for our Professional Implementer Community.

As you progress through your EOS journey, you will progress through our Implementer Development Program which currently includes programs for QCEs, Certified Implementers and Expert Implementers.

You may too be able to serve as a contributor or coach in our Implementer Development Program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, after the initial 180-day period as an Implementer, franchisees transition from their initial 180 Day Sprint coach to the guidance of the Professional leader. This Professional leader is an Eos Worldwide Implementer responsible for developing programs for the Professional Implementer Community.

Eos Worldwide franchisees will progress through the Implementer Development Program, which includes programs for QCEs (Quarterly Collaborative Exchanges), Certified Implementers, and Expert Implementers. Franchisees may also have the opportunity to serve as contributors or coaches within this Implementer Development Program.

While franchisees will not have an assigned coach after the initial 180-day sprint, they will still have access to experienced Implementers who will provide support throughout their journey with Eos Worldwide. It is important to note that Eos Worldwide may modify or eliminate its coaching and developmental programs at any time and may also change a franchisee's coach as needed. These coaches may be franchisees, employees of Eos Worldwide, or others deemed to have the necessary experience.
