What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide reserves the right to form an advisory council to assist with various components of their system. However, Eos Worldwide does not guarantee any franchisee the right to sit on the advisory council.
While the membership of any advisory council will be determined at Eos Worldwide's sole discretion, members will likely include representatives from Eos Worldwide and franchisee representatives. If a franchisee is chosen to participate, they will be responsible for all costs and expenses related to their participation and attendance at council meetings, including travel, lodging, and meals.
This means that while Eos Worldwide may seek input from franchisees through an advisory council, participation is not guaranteed and is subject to selection by Eos Worldwide. Furthermore, franchisees who do participate must bear the costs of their involvement. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, where franchisors often seek franchisee input but retain control over decision-making and council composition.
