What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not guarantee that employees or other designees will be available for advice and assistance with the ongoing operation of the franchised business. Instead, Eos Worldwide retains the discretion to make employees or other designees available periodically. These designees may include other franchisees within the Eos Worldwide system.
This discretionary support is part of the ongoing assistance Eos Worldwide provides after a franchisee completes the Boot Camp training and commences operations. While Eos Worldwide offers ongoing updates, information, and programs related to the franchised business, EOS, and the EOS Franchise System, the availability of employees or designees for advice is not guaranteed but is subject to Eos Worldwide's discretion.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that while Eos Worldwide offers support and resources, there is no assurance that direct, personalized assistance from Eos Worldwide employees or other experienced individuals will be consistently available. Franchisees should factor this into their expectations and be prepared to operate with a degree of independence, leveraging the other resources and training provided by Eos Worldwide.
