Does Eos Worldwide grant franchisees any rights to revise sections of their microsite?

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may have certain rights to revise designated sections on their microsite. However, Eos Worldwide retains ownership and control over the framework of the microsite.

Eos Worldwide maintains the right to control all use of its website, including any future websites it creates. Franchisees do not have the right to update, upgrade, amend, or host the website. Eos Worldwide also controls all use of URLs, domain names, websites, addresses, metatags, links, keywords, email addresses, and any other means of electronic identification related to the franchise.

The Eos Worldwide website will contain information on the EOS Franchise System, as well as other information that Eos Worldwide deems appropriate, with all changes, additions, and deletions made at its sole discretion. This ensures that the brand maintains a consistent and unified online presence, while still allowing franchisees some limited ability to personalize their individual microsites.
