What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the EOS 400k System is a business development process designed to help Implementers achieve $400,000 of Session Revenue on an annualized basis by the end of their third year of operations after completing Boot Camp. This system is specifically designed to guide new franchisees toward a significant revenue milestone within their initial years.
The FDD also provides historical performance data for Implementers who have been part of the EOS Community for at least three years since completing Boot Camp. This data illustrates their performance both within the first 36 months and throughout their entire tenure as Eos Worldwide Implementers. The financial performance representations in the FDD offer insights into the potential revenue generation at different tiers (Professional, Certified, and Expert) within the Eos Worldwide franchise system.
Prospective franchisees should carefully review the tables and data provided in Item 19 of the FDD to understand the range of financial outcomes achieved by existing Implementers. While the EOS 400k System aims to help Implementers reach a $400,000 revenue milestone, actual results may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. It is important for potential franchisees to consider these factors and conduct their own due diligence before investing in an Eos Worldwide franchise.
