What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the financial performance data presented in the tables is specific to the United States. The tables provide information on the performance of Professional, Certified, and Expert Implementers within the U.S.
The data encompasses the performance of EOS Implementers who have been part of the EOS Community for at least three years since completing Boot Camp. This includes their performance within the initial 36 months after Boot Camp and during their entire tenure as an EOS Implementer. The financial figures are based on Session Revenue for a 12-month period.
It is important to note that the data excludes Implementers who are no longer part of the EOS Community, such as those with terminated Franchise Agreements. Additionally, the data includes performance from Implementers who were part of the community under the previous membership model before the franchise transition in 2021. The financial performance representation specifically applies to the 730 franchisees operating in the United States as of January 31, 2025.
