What are the full-time operating franchisee tiers that Eos Worldwide currently categorizes?

Eos_Worldwide Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We currently categorize full-time operating franchisees in three different tiers, "Professional", "Certified" or "Expert". We also have created separate tiers, for EOS Implementers that are transitioning into retirement and would like to remain part of our EOS Implementer Community. Your franchise rights and your rights to qualify for and maintain your tier designation depend on your achieving certain productivity standards, as judged by the number of sessions conducted and your ratings for these sessions. Our evaluation criteria and productivity standards are outlined in our Operations Manual and summarized below, and may change from time to time at our discretion. If an Implementer meets the criteria and elects to upgrade its tier, then we may upgrade an Implementer's tier on a going forward basis, subject to satisfying

the criteria for the upgraded tier. Upgrading a tier is optional. If an Implementer fails to meet the evaluation criteria and productivity standards outlined in the Operations Manual, we may downgrade that Implementer's tier. We also reserve the right to require Remedial Training. If you fail to meet the minimum ratings or minimum productivity standards for the Professional Tier (as defined below) following completion of Remedial Training, we reserve the right to terminate your Franchise Agreement. Implementers may also submit requests to downgrade their tier.

All new EOS Implementers are placed in the Professional Tier once they have completed Boot Camp. Franchisees may only offer and sell the Products and Services, and engage in the business activities, permitted for their tier, and may only market, advertise and promote themselves at their designated Tier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company categorizes its full-time operating franchisees into three tiers: "Professional", "Certified", and "Expert". The FDD also mentions separate tiers for EOS Implementers transitioning into retirement, specifically "Legacy" and "Emeritus" designations, but these are not considered full-time operating tiers.

Franchise rights and tier qualification depend on achieving certain productivity standards, primarily judged by the number of sessions conducted and the ratings received for those sessions. These evaluation criteria and productivity standards are detailed in Eos Worldwide's Operations Manual and may be subject to change at the company's discretion. Implementers have the option to upgrade their tier if they meet the criteria for the next level.

However, Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to downgrade an Implementer's tier if they fail to meet the outlined evaluation criteria and productivity standards. In such cases, remedial training may be required. Failure to meet the minimum standards for the Professional Tier after completing remedial training can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. Implementers can also request to downgrade their tier if they wish. Franchisees may only offer and sell products and services, and engage in business activities, permitted for their tier, and may only market, advertise, and promote themselves at their designated Tier.
