Will Eos Worldwide franchisees continue to receive access to training after Boot Camp?

- (b) Prior to attending Boot Camp, we will provide you with access to our comprehensive online training containing tools, supplies, teaching materials, video guides, printable guidelines, and support needed to implement EOS.
You must review, utilize and complete certain tasks to prepare for Boot Camp.
You will continue to receive access to our training after Boot Camp and throughout the Term, as further provided in Section 7 below.
- (c) In advance of Boot Camp, we will assign to you a 180 Day Sprint coach during your first one hundred eighty (180) days as an Implementer taking you through Boot Camp.
After that first one hundred eighty (180) days, you will transition under the guidance of our Professional leader, an EOS Implementer that develops programs for our Professional Implementer Community.
As you progress through your EOS journey, you will progress through our Implementer Development Program which currently includes programs for QCEs, Certified Implementers and Expert Implementers.
You may too be able to serve as a contributor or coach in our Implementer Development Program.

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will continue to receive access to training after Boot Camp throughout the term of their agreement. Prior to attending Boot Camp, franchisees gain access to comprehensive online training tools, supplies, teaching materials, video guides, printable guidelines, and support needed to implement EOS.
After Boot Camp, franchisees transition from a 180 Day Sprint coach to the guidance of a Professional leader, an EOS Implementer that develops programs for the Professional Implementer Community. As franchisees progress through their EOS journey, they advance through the Implementer Development Program, which includes programs for QCEs, Certified Implementers, and Expert Implementers. Franchisees may also be able to serve as contributors or coaches in the Implementer Development Program.
Eos Worldwide also provides ongoing updates of information and programs regarding the Franchised Business, EOS, and the EOS Franchise System, including information about improvements or modifications to EOS and special or new Services or Products which may be developed and made available to franchisees. Franchisees also gain access to Eos Worldwide's online training platform and other applicable EOS systems. Eos Worldwide may also require franchisees to attend additional training courses in person, at designated locations, or via teleconference call, webinar, online training, or videoconference under certain circumstances.
